🖤✨ Kandi Kouture Refund Event – Official Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Kandi Kouture Refund Event (“Promotion”), customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Promotion valid Thursday, November 27, 2025, from 9AM PST to 11:59PM PST or until all available refund spots are filled.
- Open to customers placing orders through the official Kandi Kouture website.
2. How the Refund Promotion Works
- The promotion offers refunds for the next 200 qualifying orders, up to $100 per order (“Refund Winners”).
- The number of remaining refund spots may be updated manually and is for promotional purposes only.
- Refunds will be given at random from all qualifying orders placed during the promotional period.
- Winning orders will receive a refund between $5–$100, determined randomly.
3. Qualifying Orders
To qualify for the refund drawing, an order must:
- Be placed within the event period.
- Have a minimum purchase amount of $50 before shipping/tax.
- Be paid in full at checkout (no unpaid invoices).
- Not be cancelled or refunded prior to winner selection.
- Be placed by the customer themselves (no automated or fraudulent orders).
4. Refund Issuance
- Selected winners will receive their refund within 3–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Refund amounts are final and may not be exchanged or adjusted.
- Refunds apply to the order total excluding shipping.
- If multiple orders are placed, each counts as a separate entry, but no customer will receive more than one refund over $100 total across promo periods.
5. Exclusions / Limitations
- Refunds cannot be combined with any other refund event unless explicitly stated.
- Orders placed outside the event window do not qualify.
- Kandi Kouture reserves the right to disqualify any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation.
- No substitutions or cash alternatives are available.
- Promotion may be modified or canceled at any time.
6. Return Policy for Refund Winners
- All items purchased during the promotion are Final Sale.
- No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
- If a refund winner returns any item, the promotional refund becomes void.
7. Announcement of Winners
- Winners will be notified via email.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kandi Kouture is not responsible for:
- Payment delays from banks or processors
- Technical issues or website outages
- Incorrect customer information
- Failed payment attempts
- Carrier or system delays
9. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of all Terms & Conditions listed above.
