🖤✨ Kandi Kouture Refund Event – Official Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Kandi Kouture Refund Event (“Promotion”), customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Promotion begins February 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST and ends once the next 200 qualifying orders are placed OR at 11:59 PM PST on February 8, 2026, whichever occurs first.
• Open to customers placing orders through the official Kandi Kouture website.
• No minimum purchase required.

2. How the Refund Promotion Works

• The promotion applies to the NEXT 200 qualifying orders placed during the promotional window.
• Each of the 200 qualifying orders will receive a random refund amount between $1–$100.
• Refund amounts are randomly determined and will not equal the full order total unless the random amount equals that value.
• All refunds are for promotional purposes only.

3. Qualifying Orders

To qualify for the refund promotion, an order must:

• Be placed within the official promotion window.
• Be paid in full at checkout (no unpaid or pending invoices).
• Not be canceled or refunded prior to refund processing.
• Be placed by a real customer (no automated, duplicated, or fraudulent orders).

4. Refund Issuance

• Refunds will be issued within 3–10 business days via the original payment method.
• Refund amounts are final and cannot be exchanged, increased, or adjusted.
• Refunds apply to the order subtotal only and exclude shipping and taxes.
• If a customer places multiple orders, each order counts separately, but no customer may receive more than $100 total in refunds during this promotion.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

• This promotion cannot be combined with any other refund or rebate event unless explicitly stated.
• Orders placed outside the promotion window do not qualify.
• Kandi Kouture reserves the right to disqualify any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation.
• No substitutions, credits, or cash alternatives are available.
• Kandi Kouture reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel the promotion at any time.

6. Return Policy for Refund Orders

• ALL ORDERS PLACED DURING THIS PROMOTION ARE FINAL SALE.
• No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted.
• If a refunded order is returned, the promotional refund becomes void.

7. Notification

• Refunds will be processed automatically.
• Customers may receive confirmation via email once the refund has been issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kandi Kouture is not responsible for:

• Bank or payment processor delays
• Technical issues or website outages
• Incorrect customer information
• Failed or declined payments
• Carrier or system delays

9. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this promotion constitutes full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions listed above.
